Judicial appeal to the T.A.R. of the Latium Region (Regional Administrative Court of Lazio, Rome) through a lawyer acting on the applicant's behalf, notified to the competent Avvocatura dello Stato under penalty of nullity; no administrative reconsideration step is offered by the mission (applicants may otherwise re-apply). Family-reunion visas only: ordinary court (Section specialised in immigration of the Tribunale ordinario di Roma per the Embassy page; Tribunale ordinario of the family member's place of residence per the Bangalore page). Deadline: 60 days of the serving of the refusal decision.
