Appeal to the Visa Appeals Board by e-mail to appeals@mfa.is: a written statement of grounds in Icelandic with the ISL reference number, name, nationality, date of refusal and proof of payment of the EUR 300 appeal fee (bank transfer to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs); the Board decides only on the documents already on file. If a representing state refused on Iceland's behalf, appeal to that state instead. Deadline: 30 days from the date the applicant was notified of the decision.
