If you are refused

An appeal lodged in person (applicant or holder of a power of attorney) at the Hungarian consulate that refused the visa, in writing, signed, in Hungarian or any official EU language, fee paid on submission (Mumbai page: INR 14,280, non-refundable); decided by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within 15 days; judicial review possible. Deadline: 8 calendar days from receipt of the refusal decision (3 days for annulment or revocation).
