Ranking · computed from EC consulate data

Highest Schengen visa refusal rate for Indians (2025): the strictest countries

Same data as the lowest-refusal ranking, reversed. A high rate here does not mean 'do not apply'; it means prepare a stronger file, and check the consulate-level pages, because two consulates of the same state can be far apart.

Only states/consulates with at least 1,000 applications from India in 2025 are ranked, so tiny samples do not distort the order.

#1: Slovenia at 46.1%; last: Denmark at 6.9%. 27 entries.
